What to Bring to Your First Visit
To make your first visit as smooth as possible, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement during your examination. Please bring any relevant medical records or imaging results that might relate to your current condition. We’ll send you paperwork to complete before your arrival, which helps streamline your visit. Completing these forms in advance gives Dr. Nguyen more time to focus on you rather than paperwork during your appointment.
Your First Visit Experience
Your initial appointment will last approximately 45-60 minutes, allowing plenty of time for a comprehensive assessment. During this visit, you’ll have a detailed one-on-one consultation with Dr. Nguyen to discuss your health concerns and goals. We’ll perform posture and neurological assessments, conduct physical examinations, and take motion radiographs as needed. These diagnostic procedures help us identify the root causes of your symptoms and develop the most effective care plan for your specific needs.
Your Second Visit: Understanding Your Care Plan
Our new patient process typically spans two visits to ensure we have sufficient time to analyze your assessment results and develop a thorough care plan. During your second visit, Dr. Nguyen will provide a detailed explanation of your findings and x-rays, helping you understand the underlying causes of your health concerns. We’ll discuss our recommended care plan and answer any questions you may have about your treatment options. Our team will also address financial considerations, including insurance coverage and payment options.
